  • Do you take new pts? - Yes!
  • What will the first appointment look like? - for an extended interview which will gather information on history, symptoms, family and social functioning. The first appointment will take approximately an hour.  Once a diagnosis and probelms are determined, we will discuss options with the patient and his/her family and together develop a plan of care. 
  • What if I need a refill? - Refills are prescribed during scheduled appointments. Call today to book an appointment if you're due for a refill. If you are a current patient and we cannot see you by the time you run out of medication, we require at least 48 hours notification to refill your prescription, called in at a local pharmacy, or an additional 3 days if the prescription needs to be mailed to you. We do not accept refill requests from your pharmacy, if you are in need of a refill please contact our office directly.
  • How often will I see you? - Typically providers see patients once a month. However, this can vary dependant on his/her condition. Your provider will be ablke to help you create the appropriate time line.
  • What if I am more than 10 minutes late? - We will need to reschedule your appointment.
  • What if I have an emergency? - If the emergency presents a threat to the health of the patient, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
  • What if I have an urgent situation? If your situation is urgent, please call our office and we will see you as quickly as possible.
